Death: Vada Saling Obituary –¬†Cave of the Vada Opal On March 30, 2024, at the age of 88, Saling, who had previously lived in Hart County, passed away in a calm and quiet manner at her residence. She had always been a citizen of Hart County. Since she was a young child, she had spent the majority of her childhood in the city of Louisville. During her spare time, she enjoyed participating in a variety of sports and activities, including bowling, softball, and volleyball. In addition to that, she was a member of the Baptist Church of Aetna Grove.

A devoted mother in addition to being a great-mother-in-law, mother-in-law, and mother-in-law, she was also a loving mother. Her husband, Jackie Saling, as well as her parents, Elmer and Victoria Goff Caven, as well as her two sisters, Evelyn Vaughn and Gladys Whitlow, and her two brothers, Omer Caven and Deward Caven, all left before Vada. Vada was the only person who remained behind. Vada was the only member of her family to have survived to adulthood.

On Wednesday, April 3, at eleven o’clock in the morning, funeral services are going to be held at the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia.

The funeral home is located in Magnolia. The ceremony will be presided over by Bro. Kelvin Edwards, who will also serve as the officiant. The burial will take place at the cemetery of the Aetna Grove Church after the conclusion of the ceremonies that have been held regarding the deceased. The funeral home will offer visitation beginning at four o’clock on Tuesday and continuing until eight o’clock on Wednesday. The visitation will take place at the funeral home. To accommodate your needs, the funeral home will be open for business.
