Death: Frederick Bond Obituary – On March 27, 2024, Frederick E. Bond, currently 91 years old and a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee, who had previously called Fort Myers, Florida, home, passed away peacefully without experiencing any unnecessary suffering. In addition to Fred, his loving wife of 46 years, Judi, his sister Mary Furdell, his daughter Terry Ann, his stepdaughter Robin, and other members of his family who were deeply loved all passed away before Fred.

Fred, a proud veteran of the United States Air Force who had served in Korea, retired from his employment as a deputy sheriff in Lee County, Florida. He had served in Korea. Some of the things that he enjoyed doing in his spare time included fishing, woodworking, painting, aviation, and talking about his grandchildren. He also enjoyed talking about his grandchildren. A member of both the Gloria Dei church and the Disabled American Veterans Association, Fred was a member of both organizations.

It was impossible for him to meet a stranger in his entire life since he had the ability to make everyone laugh. His daughters Francine Wroblewski (Art) and Francesca Kraft (Glenn), as well as his stepdaughter Tonya Iverson (Dale), as well as his grandchildren Ben (Michelle), Andy, Greg, Joe, Ron, Jaiden (Abby), Brysen, Amanda, Dale Jr., Tiffany, and Tommy, as well as a large number of cherished extended family members and friends, are among those who are left behind after Fred’s passing.

They would want to extend their deepest gratitude to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the support they have provided to Fred over the years, as well as to Tasha Davis, who has been his caretaker.
