He had been battling the disease for a long time. As a spouse, father, and grandfather, he was cherished by his family. He was the son of Ernest E. Morrison and Nellie Beck Morrison, both of whom passed away before David’s birth on August 18, 1954 in Richmond County, North Carolina.
